Our Overseas Recruitment Story
Talentory (Pvt) Ltd is an overseas recruitment company based on G.T Road in Kharian, District Gujrat. We bridge the gap between employers abroad and skilled Pakistani workers through transparent, ethical and fully documented overseas recruitment.
We chose Kharian deliberately. This district has sent more people abroad than almost anywhere else in Pakistan — and it has also seen more families lose their savings to fake agents than almost anywhere else. Nearly everyone here knows somebody who paid five or six lakh rupees for a job that never existed. Land gets sold. Loans get taken. The agent stops answering the phone.
That is the reputation every honest recruiter in this country inherits. It is also why so many capable Pakistani workers never even try to go abroad legally — they assume the whole system is a trap.
Talentory was set up to work the opposite way round. We treat verification as the product. The employer’s registered name, the salary, the hours and the contract length are shown to you before you commit to anything. Government charges are paid against receipts you keep. Our own service fee is not due until your visa is actually stamped in your passport — so we only get paid when you actually go.
None of that is complicated. It is simply what honest overseas recruitment looks like, and it is what you should demand from any agency you deal with — including us.

What Actually Protects You From Recruitment Fraud
Most people judge an overseas recruitment agency by how big the signboard is or how confident the agent sounds. Neither of those has ever stopped anyone being defrauded.
What protects you is when the money changes hands. A fraudulent agent needs your cash before anything real happens, because nothing real is ever going to happen. That is the entire mechanism. Remove it and the fraud does not work.
So we removed it. Our service fee is not payable until your visa is actually stamped in your passport — which means if we fail to deliver, we earn nothing. Government charges you pay directly, against receipts you keep, to the offices that issue them.
Ask any agency you are considering one question: when exactly does your fee become payable? The answer will tell you more than any amount of marketing. Then walk into our office on the G.T Road, meet the people who will handle your file, and ask us for our licensing and registration details in writing — before you spend a single rupee.
